• How to draw a tiger: taught by master art teacher Mr Xiaoyang YU
• Chinese traditional dance initiation: taught by master dance teacher, Ms Guoying LI

5.35pm – Traditional New Year's supper

• Chicken daoku

• Cantonese-style chow mein
  
• Fresh fruit and kaikouxiao cookies
