Together let's welcome the Year of the Tiger!

The Festival de la culture chinoise de Montréal invites you, for the fourth year in a row, to celebrate with us Asian New Year. This year, the accent will be on forging links between Chinese and Quebec cultures with a program of intercultural and interactive activities (see below)

When: Saturday 13th February 2010, 3.30pm - 8.00pm

Where: Centre de Loisirs Communautaires Lajeunesse, 7378, rue Lajeunesse, Montreal (metro Jean Talon)

Program:

• lion dance
  
• traditional Quebec dancing (watch and take part)
  
• traditional Chinese dancing (watch and take part)
  
• Chinese drawing technique (learn how to draw a tiger)
  
• Chinese and Quebec music and dancing
• traditional Chinese meal (BYOB)

Cost:

• Non-members - $40 per adult (over 12yo); $10 for one child per family; $7.50 each for two children per family; $7 per additional child (e.g. $90 for 2 adults and 1 child, $95 for 2 adults and 2 children, $62 for 1 adult and 3 children)
• FCCM members - 10% discount - join now to obtain immediate discount! ($20 individual, $30 family, 6 activities/year)
